as brewster approached etopia, a barron red landscape gave way to swathes of vibrant green and rolling hills. he saw pink aliens attending to coffee bean plants. brewster learned about the deep connection they had with the land, their cultivation process and their reverence for the 'dreaming bean'.a rotating light roast, single origin bean. 

this exceptional coffee is grown in the Guji zone, meticulously cultivated by Tesfaye Bekele and a network of smallholder farmers. Featuring a vibrant heirloom variety, it is nurtured at elevations between 1,950 and 2,150 meters.

processed with care, the beans offer a stunning symphony of flavors, with tasting notes of bergamot, lime, and delicate florals.
