as brewster approached etopia, a barron red landscape gave way to swathes of vibrant green and rolling hills. he saw pink aliens attending to coffee bean plants. brewster learned about the deep connection they had with the land, their cultivation process and their reverence for the 'dreaming bean'.a rotating light roast, single origin bean. 

high in Ethiopia’s Sidamo region, the community of Arbegona produces coffee with quiet brilliance. grown by over 800 smallholder farmers at elevations of 2000–2100 meters, Arbegona is a washed heirloom coffee that reflects deep-rooted tradition and care. each farm is modest—less than two hectares—but every cherry is hand-picked and meticulously processed at a central washing station established in 2022. With tasting notes of bergamot, lavender, and sweet tea, Arbegona is a refined, floral cup that rewards slow sipping.
